High Protein Chocolate Milk

Ingredients

  • 14 oz Organic Grass-Fed Whole Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 4 tbsp Collagen Peptides Powder, Unflavored
  • 1 tbsp Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Organic Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Handful of ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender pitcher or blender cup. I like to use my 21 oz blender cup to make this every morning.
  • Blend until smooth and well mixed, about 30 seconds.
  • Add a handful of ice cubes if desired and a glass straw and enjoy!
